What is RDM: RDM is when a player kills another player for no reason.
First offense would be a verbal warnings. Further offenses could result in a warn or a ban.
What is RDA: RDA is randomely arresting someone without a reason.
Punishment might be a bit more strict since its not likely you'd accidentally arrest someone
