What is RDM and explain an example of it and how you would punish for it?:
RDM(Random Deathmatch), I would jail and ask why he killed that person and see if there was a reason. If there wasn't I would kick him for rdm. If he comes back and does it again I would ban him for a week.
What is RDA and explain an example of it and how you would punish for it?:
RDA(Random Arrest), I would ask the why he randomly arrested someone. If he doesn't tell me why I would kick him. He comes back and does it again I would ban for 1 week.

I use to work for a server about 3 years ago called Eugecus and I've worked there for two years. I got to a Master++ which is one rank bellow owner. Then the server died
How are you different from others applying?
I work harder than most people would on servers. I always strive to help the server and make sure no one breaks the rules. I have tons of experience when it comes to being a server owner and staff. I treat most people with respect and I never abuse my power. And I am not a little kid that goes on and says "CAN I HAVE STAFF. I'LL MAKE A YOUTUBE SERIES!"

-What one thing would you add, remove, or modify on the server to improve it(can be anything, simply your opinion)?
I would personally add a anti cheat so hackers can use a sv_allowcslua bypass and start hacking the server. I would add Cake Anti Cheat, It's expensive, but it is worth it.
-What do you like most about the server(can be an addon or anything related to server [You could say me])?
I would say that the server has the best addons out there. I love the staff they are very kind and they understand how players feel. This server does seem low on staff but thats why I am here so I can help the server out. And yes Chimi your another reason why I love this server.
