Staff member requesting for demotion or removal from Administration team: Brody

reasoning: I was using my custom class and taking players hits when after a bunch of hits I get a hit on Brody, our requested Staff for removal. I walk up to his door where I know he is just sitting in printing money. I knocked on the door while holding my keys and he comes running up to the door saying "knock on my door one more fucking time!" At this point I shoot him through his door and kill him, completing my hit. Later in the evening I was looking for players to place a hit. I walk up to Brody's door and say " yo yo! wanna place a hit!" In reaction. he says " Shut the fuck up you faggot."
As Administration, your job is to control situations and be in control of yourself from acting immature or irresponsible. Is Brody being irresponsible in this? The answer is no. Is Brody acting immature? The answer is yes. See, this is Garry's mod, the game 10 year old kids buy on their parents laptops. No parent or kid for that matter wants to come home from school and open up Garry's Mod to be called a fucking faggot. Honestly, as a 10 year old, being staff was the coolest thing to most kids that played when I was that age and they would hope for someone to look up to in the staff team and work with to keep the server the best place possible from themselves and for the players that connect day in and day out to try and catch an enjoyable experience. With a staff member that cant "Control himself" with verbally, Isn't quite fit for the job. What if a player was in a sit with Brody and this player was somewhat arguing with the other player that was in the sit with him. If Brody said "shut the fuck up faggots!" to these 11 year old kids. This 11 year old took after his obnoxious word choice and said to his mom that was trying to get him to go to bed " shut the fuck up mom!" COULD you even think of the asswhoopin coming that kids way! Why does Brody get the right to verbally abuse the players in ElectricRP?
Am I over reacting? The answer is YES, totally. If I didn't care for the rules Chimi put into play, I would have jumped on Brody and called him a fucking Pr**k right back. I wasn't going to do that. If someone cant even follow simple MOTD rules like " don't disrespect other players." then why should this player have a shot at Staff?
